For general walk-in visits, no booking is required — just come in! However, we strongly recommend booking birthday party suites and group visits at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
Comfortable clothing is ideal. PlaySphere grip socks are mandatory in trampoline and climbing zones — these are available for purchase at our entrance for ₹120 per pair. No open-toed shoes or jewellery in play zones, please.
Absolutely! Parents are welcome to accompany children throughout PlaySphere. We have a comfortable parent lounge with café access adjacent to the main play zones, or you can join in the fun yourself!
We request that outside food and beverages not be brought into PlaySphere, as we maintain a nut-aware environment. Our SphereKitchen Café offers a wide range of fresh, healthy and delicious options including Jain, vegan and vegetarian menus.
PlaySphere is designed for children aged 1–16, with specific zones for each age group. Adults are also welcome to participate in most activities! Our Soft Play Kingdom is tailored for toddlers, while the Arcade and Trampoline zones appeal to older children and teens.
