By accessing the website at www.playsphere.com and/or visiting the PlaySphere family entertainment centre ("Facility"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PlaySphere Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or visit our Facility.

2. Company Information

PlaySphere Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 with CIN U93090MH2017PTC294561. Our registered office is at Shop No. 4–6, 2nd Floor, Infinity Mall, New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai 400053, Maharashtra, India.

3. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use this website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Use automated means to access, scrape or extract data from this website.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its related systems.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or damages the website or servers.

4. Facility Rules and Entry

By entering the PlaySphere Facility, all guests (and parents/guardians on behalf of minors) agree to:

• Follow all posted rules and instructions given by PlaySphere staff at all times.
• Wear PlaySphere-approved grip socks in all designated zones (available for purchase at the Facility).
• Comply with height, weight and age restrictions for specific activities.
• Supervise children under 5 years at all times within the Facility.
• Not bring outside food or beverages into the Facility (PlaySphere is a nut-aware environment).
• Not engage in rough play, bullying or any behaviour that endangers others.
• Not participate in activities while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Follow the direction of PlaySphere staff and management at all times.

PlaySphere reserves the right to remove any guest from the Facility without refund for failure to comply with these rules or the instructions of our staff.

5. Waivers and Assumption of Risk

Physical activity at our Facility carries inherent risks. By entering and participating in activities, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Participation in physical activities involves a risk of injury or accident.
• PlaySphere has taken all reasonable precautions to minimise such risks.
• You assume all risks associated with participation in activities at the Facility.
• You are responsible for assessing your own and your children's fitness and health before participating.

Guests with pre-existing medical conditions (including pregnancy) are advised to consult a physician before participating in physical activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PlaySphere shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the website or Facility.
• Loss or theft of personal belongings within the Facility (lockers are available but we cannot guarantee security).
• Any injury arising from a participant's failure to follow safety instructions or rules.
• Temporary closures or changes to activities due to maintenance, safety requirements or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos and software — is owned by or licensed to PlaySphere Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings for birthday parties, group events and special experiences are subject to additional terms communicated at the time of booking. Generally:

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to an alternative date if cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a confirmed booking are subject to full charge.
• PlaySphere reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to safety concerns, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Photography and Media

Photography and personal video recording of your own family within the Facility is permitted for personal use only. Commercial photography, filming or live streaming requires prior written consent from PlaySphere management.

PlaySphere may photograph or film within the Facility for marketing purposes. By entering the Facility, you acknowledge this. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the entrance and we will ensure you and your family are excluded from any marketing materials.

10. CCTV Surveillance

The PlaySphere Facility operates CCTV cameras throughout the premises for the safety and security of all guests and staff. CCTV footage is retained for up to 30 days and may be shared with law enforcement if required by law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or Facility after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
